S6 Head Team, 2025-26

At Berwickshire High School, the head team is a group of passionate students each with their own unique mission to make school life better. Olivier Sroczyk is eager to bring bilingual students together, fostering an inclusive environment where language and culture can mix and help each other out . Eve Dewar is dedicated to creating stronger support systems for students dealing with stress and anxiety, ensuring everyone has a safe space to feel heard and cared for. Ellie Finlay focuses on helping learning support students transition smoothly into the mainstream, opening doors to new opportunities and confidence. Ailsa Renton is leading dyslexia awareness, aiming to educate peers and staff alike so that all student’s strengths are recognised. Meanwhile, Ally Robertson wants to help practically and creatively planning to set up a boutique for lost and found clothes, turning forgotten clothes into items others will cherish. Together, this team is shaping Berwickshire into a more supportive, inclusive, and lively school community.
