SBC and CGI are aware of an issue with learners having issues with the proxy prompt.

Please try the following before phoning the school:

• When the proxy pops up, click Not Now and this may resolve it
• Use the attached help guide
• Try leaving for an hour or so and see if internet access improves
• If students don’t know their RM login details  (the logon the use to get onto school computers), then call/email the school

If problem persists then phone/email the school and a call will be logged with IT.
